Everyone passes an 18 plus screen before entering, and confirms they are 18 or over when they join. Stronger age assurance is planned, and the adult side is held back until it is in place.

Taking an image down

Anyone can ask us to remove an image of them, with or without an account. A person reads every request. We aim to act the same day, and in every case within 48 hours.

Complaints and disputes

If you are unhappy, tell us and a person will look at it and reply. Where money is involved, we hold it and review it rather than guessing. You can write to us about a complaint or a concern at any time.

Moderation

Every profile and every photograph is reviewed by a person before it appears, and reported content is looked at by staff. Staff actions are recorded, so there is a trail of who did what.

Fees and tokens

Prices are in tokens, shown before you pay. We say what a fee is and what it is for in plain words, and we do not add charges after the fact.
