Wherever the night takes you

Free means free

You never pay to list yourself or to run your profile. We charge when you ask us to grow your business, or to give you your own website. Three steps: run it free, pay to grow it, own it.

Run it: your profile and your photos

A free listing, with as much editing as you like, and verification. Your photos and a private gallery that you control person by person.

Create your free profile

Run it: your availability and tours

Say when you are free and where you are working. Add your tour dates and they show on your profile. Taking bookings today is something you switch on, not something you buy.

Run it: your numbers

See how many people looked at you and liked you, and what you earned, day by day. Download your earnings statements and your tax year CSV whenever you want them.

Run it: your calendar and alerts

Your bookings come as a calendar feed you can add to your phone's calendar, and you can have alerts sent to you on Telegram for bookings, messages and sales.

Run it: your QR card

A QR code that opens your profile, ready to put on a card or a story, so people can find you straight away.

On its way, free

A free one page website of your own at your name on thedirectory.uk. One inbox that shows every conversation and where it has got to. Fuller numbers, such as how often you appear in search and which photo gets opened most. Atlas CS, a private place for your customer notes, tasks and follow ups, is already running for a first group and opens to everyone after that.

Grow it: more reach

Platinum puts you nearer the top and gives you a bigger card. Adverts and boosts put you on the home page and at the top of your city. You choose them when you want more people to see you, and the price is shown before you pay, in tokens.

Own it: your own website

my.thedirectory.uk gives you a full website and shop of your own. Your name on thedirectory.uk is £20 every 28 days (80 tokens), or your own .uk address is £25 every 28 days (100 tokens), with no cut of your sales.

Founding providers: the promise

If you join TheDirectory.uk as a provider before 1 January 2027, you are a Founding Provider and you carry the Founding Provider 2026 badge. Your standard listing, the one anyone can have, stays free for as long as your account is active, your identity is verified, and you follow our rules. We will not start charging you for the standard listing.

Things that are paid for today, such as Platinum, adverts and boosts, stay paid, and we may add new paid extras: you choose whether to buy them. If we ever change what the standard listing includes, we will tell you first, and we will not take away what you already use for free without telling you in good time. This promise ends if your account is closed, deleted or removed under our rules. It does not promise any position, any number of views or any income.

Questions: is it really free?

Yes. You never pay to list yourself or to run your profile. When a member spends tokens on you, the site keeps a share, shown on your earnings page. You pay extra only when you choose to grow your reach or to own your website, and the price is shown before you pay.

Questions: what do I pay for?

Platinum, adverts and boosts put you in front of more people. my.thedirectory.uk gives you your own website and shop. Their prices are shown before you pay.

Questions: who sees my private photos?

Only the people you choose. You decide who can see your private gallery, person by person.

Questions: can I take my numbers with me?

Yes. Download your earnings statements and your tax year summary whenever you want them. You can also delete your account, and the personal details we hold are removed as our privacy policy explains.
